Om Developers

Om Developers has an office over at Sudarshan Heights. It is Flat No 11 on Survey No 230/B/1/1/4. We are located in Sanjay Park, right off Airport Road in Pune. Being near the airport means it stays pretty noisy with the planes, but you get used to it after a few days. The PIN code here is 411032. We do a lot of development work in this part of the city. The office is just a regular flat where we keep our maps and project files. We spend most of our hours out at sites or meeting people. It's a busy life being a developer in a city like Pune that is constantly growing. We don't have a massive team, just enough people to make sure the work gets done. Sometimes the traffic on Airport Road is a nightmare, so we try to schedule meetings carefully. We’ve seen this area change from empty plots to what it is today. It’s interesting to see new buildings go up where there was nothing before. We just keep our operations simple. No fancy reception desk, just desks and chairs and a lot of blueprints. We’ve been around for a while and plan to stay. Most of our day is spent making sure the builders have what they need and the paperwork is filed. It takes a lot of coordination to get things moving and we do our best to stay organized despite the chaos of construction schedules and city life.
