Om Developers

Working in Pune construction takes up most of our time at Om Developers. Our base is at 59/A/A Vrundavan Colony which is in the Tapkir Nagar area of Rahatni. We’ve been at this address for quite a bit. It’s a simple office. We don't see the point in having a huge glass building when most of our work happens out on the dusty construction sites anyway. The PIN is 411017. People usually find us by word of mouth in this neighborhood. We deal with various development tasks and projects. Sometimes it’s a lot of running around between government offices and the actual buildings we are putting up. It's not a glamorous job. You get dirt on your shoes and spend a lot of time waiting for deliveries. But we like being in this part of Pune. Rahatni has changed so much since we started. The colony is a nice place to have an office. We have our regulars who drop by to talk about land or houses. We just try to get the jobs done right without too much fuss. It's just us and a few staff members making sure everything stays on track. We don't go in for big ads or anything like that. We just stay in our spot in Vrundavan Colony and keep working on the next building. It gets hot during the summer, but we just keep the fans going and keep filing our papers. Every project is a learning curve for the team and we take it as it comes.
