Om Developers

We are over in Rahatni, specifically at 59/A/A Vrundavan Colony in Tapkir Nagar. Pune has grown a lot and we’ve been part of that, working as Om Developers. This area used to be a lot quieter but now it's busy. We just do our work from the office here in the colony. It's a regular spot, nothing too flashy about it. We handle building projects and construction stuff around this side of town. The address is 411017 if you’re looking us up on a map. We have been based in Pune for a good while. Most days involve talking to contractors and checking on sites. Being in Vrundavan Colony makes it easy to get to different parts of the city. We don't have a big corporate setup. It is more like a family-run feel where we know the neighbors. Some people have lived here as long as we have been working. Construction is a tough business with lots of paperwork and site visits. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at the plots. The office is where the planning happens. If you walk down Tapkir Nagar, you will find us eventually. We just keep our heads down and try to finish one project before jumping into the next one. It keeps us busy enough. The tea shop nearby is where we end up most afternoons. It is a good place to talk about the day and get away from the office desk for a bit.
