Om Chalwadi Associates

We work out of Room No. 3 at S. No. 119 in Santoshnagar. That’s in the Katraj area of Pune. It’s a modest little office, but it works for what we need. We’ve been here for a bit now, and most people in the neighborhood know where Room No. 3 is. Being in Katraj means we are away from the main city center, which is fine by us. It’s a bit quieter, though Santoshnagar has its own busy times. We handle our associate work from here, which mostly involves a lot of meetings and sorting through documents. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby. It’s just a room with a few chairs and a desk where we get things done. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It's a small group of us just trying to do our jobs properly. We don't go for using big, complicated words to describe what we do. It’s simple work and we treat it that way. If you come by, you might find us busy on the phone or drinking tea while we go over a file. That’s just how we operate. We like the local feel of being in Pune 46. It’s home for us. We don't spend money on advertising; we just rely on people knowing we are here and doing what we say we will. It's a basic setup but it's ours.
