Oerlikon Balzers Coating India Ltd

Our location is out in Phase-I of the MIDC in Bhosari. The address is El 22, and we are also near Rupalwala Dehla Lunsawad Dari. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say, but if you know the Bhosari area, it’s not hard to find. This is a very heavy industrial zone. There are factories and warehouses everywhere you look. Our building is a solid, practical place designed for the work we do at Oerlikon Balzers Coating India Ltd. It’s not meant to be pretty. It’s meant to be a place where machines can run and work can happen. The air around here often smells like metal and oil. We spend most of our shift focused on the technical stuff. Inside, it’s often loud because of the equipment, so we have to shout a bit sometimes to be heard. We have a small area for the administrative side of things, but most of the square footage is dedicated to the shop floor. We’ve been here for years. The routine is the same every morning: open up, check the machines, and start the day’s work. We don't have a fancy canteen or a lounge. We just have a place to sit and eat our lunch before getting back to it. It’s a tough environment but we like it. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep things moving.
