Odhkar Builders

We are based over at 704 Parvati Ashram Road. It’s a decent spot for us to run Odhkar Builders. Most people know the road well enough. We spend a lot of our time out on sites, so the office is mostly for the paperwork side of things. Building stuff is hard work, and we’ve been doing it for quite a while now. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Some people think construction is just about bricks and cement, but there is a lot more to it when you’re actually in the middle of a project. We have a small crew that has been with us for years. We don't really do the big flashy advertising stuff. Most of our work comes from people just talking to each other. If someone likes what we did, they tell a neighbor, and that’s how we keep going. Our office on Parvati Ashram Road is where we sit down and look at plans. It gets a bit dusty with all the files and samples lying around. We try to keep things simple. No big corporate meetings here. Usually, it's just a quick chat over tea before we head back out. We take our time to make sure things are done the way they should be. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather isn’t helping, but we get it done. We’ve been here at number 704 for years and don't plan on leaving anytime soon.
