If you’re coming down Paud Road in Ahmedabad, you’ll find us easily enough. It’s a decent area, quite busy but we like it that way. Oberoi Constructions Pvt. Ltd. has been based here in Gujarat for a while. We aren't some far-off company; we’re right here on the ground. The neighborhood in 380 007 has a lot of character. We spend most of our time out at different sites, but this office is where all the planning happens. It’s usually a bit messy with blueprints and half-drunk cups of chai. We don't go in for all that fancy corporate talk. We just like building things. Every project has its own set of headaches, from getting the right supplies to making sure the weather cooperates. Paud Road always has something going on, so there’s never a dull moment. We’ve been through the ups and downs of the local market. Some years are busier than others, but we keep at it.
