O Spa

You’ll find O Spa inside The O Hotel, which is located in Koregaon Park. Pune residents know that Koregaon Park is one of the greener parts of the city, and it’s a nice place to be based. The spa is part of the hotel, so we work within that environment every day. It’s not a huge place, but we have enough room for the massage tables and the various supplies we use. The lighting is kept fairly low to help people relax, and there’s usually some soft background noise or just the hum of the building. We see a mix of hotel guests and people who live nearby in the neighborhood. Koregaon Park has a lot of lanes and trees, so the walk to the hotel is actually quite pleasant compared to the busier parts of Pune. Inside the spa, we keep things very clean and organized, though you’ll always find a few bottles of oil or stacks of fresh towels sitting around on the shelves. It’s a practical workspace for us. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy descriptions for what we do; we just focus on the spa treatments and making sure people have a quiet space. The staff stays busy throughout the day, especially on weekends when the hotel is full. It’s a steady job in a nice location. We’ve been here for a while and have a routine that works for everyone. The pace is generally calm and we like it that way.
