Nyk Logistics India Ltd is located at 21/301 Lokmanya Nagar. We are right on L.B. Shastri Road, across from where the United Western Bank used to be. Pune is a busy city, and our location reflects that. The traffic outside can get pretty loud during rush hour. We work in the logistics sector, so our days are filled with spreadsheets and tracking numbers. It’s a lot of repetitive tasks, but they are necessary to keep things moving. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for our small group to get the job done. We’ve got stacks of paper everywhere from all the different shipments we manage. Sometimes it feels like we are drowning in files. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a standard office space in the 411030 area. We try to be helpful when someone calls with a question about their cargo. It’s not always easy to give an exact time, but we try our best to get the info. We’ve been here for a while and know the local area well. Most of us have been doing this for years, so we’ve seen all sorts of problems crop up. We just find a way to fix them and move on to the next task. It's just a regular job for us. We usually take a short tea break around four. It’s the only time the office is actually quiet. Managing freight is really just about staying calm when things go wrong. It's a living.
