Nulife Seniors Foundation

Our office is out in Maval, specifically at Gagan Nulife. We’re in building E-2, flat number 70. It’s a bit of a drive from the main Pune city, but it’s much quieter out here which we like. This foundation focuses on things for seniors. The location makes sense because it’s peaceful and there is a lot of green space around. The office is basically a converted flat, so it feels more like a home than a workplace. We have a kitchen where we make tea and a living room area where we sit and talk through our plans. It’s not formal at all. Sometimes we have visitors from the local area who just want to chat or ask about our programs for the elderly. We spend a lot of time on the balcony because the air is fresher here than in the city. The building 106/1 and 106/2 area is quite nice and well-maintained. We’ve got some basic furniture and a few laptops. It’s a small operation run by a couple of us. We handle everything from phone calls to organizing local meetups for the older folks around here. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow because of the location, but we manage to get things done. We aren't trying to be a big fancy organization. We just want to provide a space and some help for the people around here. Most days are pretty calm.
