Nucon Products Pvt Ltd

Our office for Nucon Products Pvt Ltd is located in Warje Malwadi, Pune. We are right at 45/2/1 Amar Bharat Society, which is directly opposite Kakade Terrace. If you know Pune, you know Warje has grown a lot lately. It used to be a quiet outskirts area, but now it’s quite busy. Our society is relatively calm though. The office isn't very large. It’s basically a few rooms where we have our computers and all our product samples stacked up on metal shelves. It gets a bit cluttered sometimes, especially when a new shipment comes in and we haven't sorted it out yet. We don't have a professional decorator or anything like that. The furniture is just a mix of things we’ve bought over the years. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a blessing in Pune these days. We usually have a long lunch break where we talk about everything except work. There is a good Vada Pav center just down the road that we visit almost every day. It’s a very laid-back environment. We don't use any corporate jargon or have long meetings. We just check what needs to be done and we do it. The office is a bit old-fashioned, with paper files still being used alongside the computers, but it works for us. It’s just a normal place with normal people who know their job and get on with it.
