Our Pune office is located at Nathsmruti, which is Plot 14 in the Ex Servicemen’s Colony. It’s right off Paud Road. It’s a bit quieter here than in Mumbai, which we like. The colony is a nice area, fairly organized. At Nrb Bearings Ltd, we focus on the mechanical side of things. We have a lot of steel parts coming in and out. It’s heavy work sometimes. The office is more of a hub for coordination. We talk to the factories and then to the customers. Paud Road can get busy with students and commuters, but once you step into our office, it’s all about the bearings. We’ve been in this specific spot for a number of years. The neighbors are mostly retired folks or families, so we try not to make too much noise. We keep things straightforward. No one wears a suit here. We just wear what’s comfortable for a day of handling metal parts and shipping boxes. We have a small yard where we load the trucks. It's a routine that works for us. We know the local shops for lunch and the best place for a quick break. It’s a solid place to work. We just focus on the orders and making sure the counts are right before things leave. It’s not very complicated, just a matter of being careful with the numbers and the stock we have on hand each day.
