NORD Drivesystems is located out in Village Mann, specifically at Plot No. 15. If you know the Taluka Mulshi area, you know it is mostly industrial and can get pretty dusty with all the construction and trucks moving around. Our place is right next to the main road, and we spend most of our hours surrounded by the hum of machinery and the clatter of parts being moved. We have a lot of space here, which is necessary for the kind of drives and systems we handle. It is not like a city office where everything is cramped and quiet. Here, there is always some noise. The sun beats down on the metal roofs in the afternoon, and we usually have the fans going full blast to keep things moving. Lunch is usually a quick affair, with everyone opening their tiffin boxes and sharing whatever was made at home that morning. We have been at these plots, 282/2 and 283/2, for some time now. Dealing with drive systems isn't exactly glamorous, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. The drive out here from the main city can be long, but once you get into the rhythm of the work, the time passes pretty fast. We focus on our tasks, talk about the weekend plans, and make sure the shipments are ready to go out to whoever needs them next. It’s a practical, hardworking atmosphere every day.
