Our office is Flat No.602 in Tower 18 of the Belmondo complex in Gahunje. It’s on the outskirts of Pune, right near the stadium area. We’ve been here for a bit now. Nobleeden Realtors Llp isn’t a huge company with a downtown skyscraper. We just work from this flat because it’s convenient and keeps us close to the newer developments in this part of town. The view from the sixth floor is actually quite nice, especially in the mornings. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a bunch of assistants. It’s just us and our laptops. Most of the time, we’re out visiting sites or meeting people around Pune. When we are in the office, it’s mostly to handle the boring stuff like filing and paperwork. Gahunje is a lot quieter than the city center, which we appreciate. Sometimes it feels a bit isolated, but we like the pace here. We don’t try to act like we’re bigger than we are. We just focus on the real estate market in this specific area. It’s a lot of calling around and keeping track of who is buying what. There’s no big secret to how we do things. We just show up and do the work every day. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us. We are just a local team trying to stay organized in a busy industry.
