Noble Precision Casting Pvt. Ltd. is located at number 10 in Sagar Chs, right in Gande Colony. We are pretty easy to find since we are just opposite Telc in the Chinchwad area. This part of town has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed put. Our building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a practical space where we handle our precision casting work. It gets pretty loud inside when the fans are going and the workers are moving the molds around. We spend a lot of time checking the details on the pieces because precision work doesn't leave much room for mistakes. Sometimes a batch doesn't come out right and we have to start over, which is frustrating but part of the job. The guys in the shop have their own way of doing things, often relying on experience more than the manuals. We have a small crew and most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. Lunch breaks are usually spent sitting outside on the steps or at the small tea stall down the street. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. If someone needs work done, they usually just walk in or give us a call on the landline. It’s a straightforward business. We make the parts, pack them up, and get them sent out to whoever ordered them.
