Our office is over at Brahma Estate in Pune. Most people find us by looking for the Jyoti Restaurant right across the street since that’s a pretty popular spot in Kondhwa. We are in the A-5/7 section of the building. Being on N.I.B.M. Road means there is always a lot of traffic and people walking around. The office is a bit small, but we fit all our blueprints and files in there just fine. We spend most of our time out at different sites, but this is where we come back to do the planning and the boring stuff like bills. It’s a lived-in space with coffee mugs and stacks of paper everywhere. We aren't the type to have a big glass building. We like it here because it is central and easy for our workers to get to. Sometimes the noise from the road is a bit much, but you get used to it. We've seen this part of Pune change a lot over the years. New buildings are going up all the time. We just keep doing our part, focusing on the projects we have in front of us. It is a lot of hard work, especially when the weather isn't helping, but we manage. Most of the guys have been with us for a long time. We just try to build things that stay standing and don't give people problems later on.
