You can find us at Kumthe Chowk in Sadashiv Peth. We are in the Labhashree Housing Society, office 102. It is a standard office setup. We work on infrastructure things. That means a lot of maps, site visits, and planning. Pune is always expanding, so there is plenty of work to do. The office gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We have stacks of blueprints in the corner. Most of the time, our guys are out at the actual sites. They come back covered in dust and sit down to write their reports. We don't have any shiny plaques on the walls. We just have a calendar and some old photos of projects we finished. The area around Sadashiv Peth is very traditional. We go out for tea at the corner shop quite often. It is a good place to be. We handle the technical side of things without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes the deadlines are tight and we stay late. The street noise is always there, but you get used to it after a week. We don't use big marketing terms to describe what we do. We just look at the plans and figure out how to build them. It is practical work. My chair squeaks a little bit, I should probably oil it. That’s just how things are here. We keep moving forward and trying to finish the day's tasks.
