Niyojan Home Decor Private Limited

At Niyojan Home Decor, we are located in the Baner area of Pune. Our office is at Baner Achal Leela, near Bhosale Farm. If you know Pune, you know Baner has grown so fast in the last few years. It used to be much quieter, but now it is full of shops and new buildings. We are right in the thick of it. Our space is not a massive showroom where everything is perfectly staged. It is more of a working office where we keep our designs and some of the home decor pieces we are currently working with. You might find some fabric swatches on one table and a half-finished layout on another. We are regular people who just happen to have an interest in making houses look a bit better. Sometimes the office is a mess because we are busy with a project, but we know where everything is. We do not use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just look at a space and try to put things in it that make sense for the people living there. The staff here mostly takes the bus or rides their scooters to work, and we usually have our lunch together in the small pantry. It is a relaxed place, and we do not put on any acts for anyone. We just work hard and hope the results look good. Sometimes the deliveries are late, and we have to scramble, but that is just business.
