Our facility is out in Village Vadhu Khurd, which is part of Taluka Haveli. We occupy Gat numbers 191, 192, and 193, specifically at Plot No B. It’s a fair distance from the main city, but the extra space we get out here is necessary for what we do. We work with industrial materials and belts. The atmosphere is very different from a city office. You can hear the sounds of the village and the trucks moving on the nearby roads. Our team is mostly made up of people from the surrounding areas. We spend our days on the factory floor or in the warehouse, making sure the products are being handled correctly. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don’t have much use for fancy suits or long meetings. Most of our communication happens while we are standing near the machines or the loading dock. The weather can be quite tough during the peak of summer, but we just get through it. We have a routine that works for us. Trucks arrive early in the morning for pickups and deliveries. We spend a lot of time on logistics and making sure the paperwork matches the physical stock. It’s honest, hard work and we don’t try to make it sound like anything else. The village has a quiet pace that we’ve all grown to appreciate over the years. We just focus on the task at hand and keep things moving.
