Nirmiti Stampings Private Limited

We operate out of S-11 in the MIDC area of Bhosari. It’s an industrial hub, so our neighbors are all doing similar kinds of heavy work. At Nirmiti Stampings Private Limited, the day starts early with the sound of the machines warming up. We do a lot of metal pressing and stamping, so it can get quite loud in here. We usually wear earplugs to keep the noise down. The floor is concrete and often has a bit of oil or metal shavings on it, which is just part of the job. Our office is just a small room partitioned off from the main factory floor so we can hear ourselves think when we’re doing the accounts. We’ve got a small crew of workers who have been with us for a long time. We aren't interested in being a big corporate entity; we just want to get the orders done right and on time. The road outside can get pretty muddy when it rains, making deliveries a bit of a challenge. We have a routine that works for us, and we stick to it. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon before the final push of the day. It’s a straightforward way to make a living, and being in Bhosari means we’re right in the middle of all the action. We don't have fancy brochures, just our machines and our time.
