We have been operating out of our office at 301 J.M. Road for quite some time now. Most people know the spot because it’s on Bada Makan Road, right in the City Center area. It’s a busy part of town, especially being right opposite the Ayurved Rasashala. Our team spends most of the day handling various development projects, which means there is usually a lot of paperwork piled up on the desks and phone calls going back and forth with contractors. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that, just a functional space where we get things done. It’s mostly just us sitting around the big table talking about site plans and timelines. Sometimes the traffic on J.M. Road gets a bit loud, but we are used to it by now. People stop by to ask about plots or how their building work is going. We try to keep things straightforward and tell it like it is. There are five of us here most days, plus the folks who are out on the actual sites. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Some days are slow and we just drink tea and look over blueprints, and other days it’s a total mess of deadlines. It’s just how this business goes. We like being in this part of the city because everything is close by, even if parking is a bit of a headache sometimes.
