We are based over in Bibvewadi, Pune. Our office is Flat No. 2 in Mahesh Society, 38/1. Because it’s a residential-style building, the atmosphere feels a bit more relaxed than a typical office park. Bibvewadi is a decent area, and being in a society means we know our neighbors well. Working out of this flat has been our routine for a while now. There is enough room for our computers and all the project files that need tracking. Pune has changed a lot, but this part of town still feels like the old days. No big reception desk or bright signs exist here. It's just a place where we come to handle the Nirmal Lifestyle business for the Pune region. A lot of time is spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets. Usually, the atmosphere is pretty quiet, unless there’s a festival in the society or kids are playing outside. Trying to be the biggest company isn't our goal. We just want to do our bit and keep the records straight. Most of us walk or take a short rickshaw ride to get here. It’s a simple life. Technical jargon isn't something we use much. Talking like regular people and getting tasks sorted one by one is how we work. It seems to work for us. Usually, we wrap things up around six and head home for the day.
