We operate out of Shivtirth Nagar in the Kalewadi Rahatani area of Pune. It’s a Wing E flat, number 13. Most of our days are spent coordinating how to get goods from one place to another without too much trouble. It gets busy here, especially with the traffic around Pune. We deal with all sorts of logistics work, trying to keep up with the schedules. Sometimes things go smooth, other times we are just trying to keep the paperwork straight. It is a small setup in an apartment building, so it feels more like a home than a big fancy office. We have been here for a bit now. People usually call us when they need help with moving freight or handling customs stuff. We don't have a big reception or anything like that, just some desks and computers and a lot of tea. We try to be helpful when clients come by or call. It's mostly about making sure the trucks are on time and the boxes are where they need to be. It’s not a glamorous job but it is what we do. The area is decent, and we know the neighbors. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to make sure nothing gets lost in transit.
