You can find us at Plot No.A-64 in the H-Block of the M.I.D.C. area. Nippei Toyama India Pvt. Ltd. is situated in a spot where there are factories and warehouses in every direction. It’s a very industrial environment. Our building isn't much to look at from the outside, just a standard block, but inside is where everything happens. We have a lot of technical equipment that requires a bit of focus to operate. The air inside smells a bit like machine oil and cleaning fluid, which is pretty common for this line of work. We aren't really the type of people who wear suits to work; most of us are in practical gear that can handle a bit of dirt. The office part is separate, but even there, it’s mostly just desks covered in manuals and spare parts. We spend a lot of our day coordinating with people and making sure the schedules are met. Sometimes the power goes out in the block, and we all just sit around and wait for the generator to kick in, which gives us a chance to catch up on local news. It’s not a fast-paced corporate life. We take the time to do things properly. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just work with the machines and make sure the output is what it’s supposed to be. It’s a steady job in a busy industrial zone, and we just keep at it.
