Our place is in the OM Building, specifically House No. 1100 on Alfanso Road in the Kalewadi area. If you know Vijay Nagar, we’re pretty close to that. The building is easy enough to spot once you’re on the right street. Inside, it’s just a normal workspace. We have a few computers and a lot of notebooks scattered around. It’s not the quietest office because the street outside is always full of life, which we actually enjoy. It keeps things from feeling too stiff. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a blessing in Pune traffic. We spend our mornings going through whatever came in the mail and checking off our lists. There’s no big hierarchy here; we all just pitch in where it's needed. Sometimes we get distracted talking about local news or what’s for dinner, but the work always gets done eventually. The OM Building has its quirks, like the light in the hallway that flickers, but it’s our spot. We don't use big words or have fancy titles. We're just the people running Ninebee Foundation from a corner of Kalewadi. It’s honest work and we like the routine of it. There’s always someone coming or going, and the tea guy knows exactly how we like our drinks. It’s a steady, regular life here on Alfanso Road.
