Nina Concrete Systems Pvt. Ltd.

This branch of Nina Concrete Systems is based in Pune, over in the Pashan area. We’re actually located in a residential building called Mont Vert 2 on Sus Road. It’s Flat Number 5 in the A Building. It’s a bit of a different setup since it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We like it that way because it’s quieter and we can actually hear ourselves think. We deal with all the concrete systems and technical stuff from here. There’s usually a pot of tea going in the small kitchen area. The walls are covered with charts and maps of the local sites we’re managing. Pashan is a nice part of town, and being on Sus Road makes it easy for us to get out to the highways when we need to visit a construction site. We have a few computers and a lot of binders full of technical specs. It’s not a place where you’ll find people in suits. We’re usually in work clothes because we might have to head out to a dusty site at a moment's notice. We’ve been in this Pune location for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s a practical space for practical work. We just focus on getting the calculations right and making sure the projects are moving forward. It takes a lot of patience to get everything lined up.
