Our place is tucked away at S.No.125 / 1 A on Rani Sati Marg in Malad East, though we have roots in Karve Nagar too. Working at Nikhil Autopress & Components Pvt Ltd is mostly about the sound of machines and the smell of metal. We deal with pressing and making parts, which is a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the measurements are right. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean. By the end of the shift, everyone has a bit of grease on them. We have been doing this for a long time now. The unit is always humming with activity. We aren't interested in looking like a corporate office with glass walls. We care about the machines running properly and the components coming out the way they should. The traffic on Rani Sati Marg can be a headache for deliveries, but we manage. We have a small team of workers who have been with us for years. They know the presses better than anyone.
