We are based in the Aishwarya building, located at S No 142/4 in Akurdi. It’s quite near the Khandoba Mandir, which most people around here know well. We are a small realty partnership and we’ve been working out of this office for a good while now. It’s a simple space with enough room for our desks and a few chairs for when people stop by to talk about property. Akurdi has changed quite a bit lately, with a lot of new developments and people moving in. We try to keep up with all the changes so we can give people the right information. We aren't a big, shiny company with a lot of money for advertising. We just rely on word of mouth and being here every day to do the work. Sometimes we hear the bells from the temple while we are going through our files. It’s a nice part of the day. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or try to push people into things they don't want. We just tell them what’s available and what the prices are like near Khandoba Mandir. It’s practical work and it keeps us busy. Some days we have to go out and check on a site, so we just lock up the office for a bit and head out. It’s just us doing our best.
