Being in Yashodhan Society is quiet compared to the main road. We are located at Fl-D-502, which is on the Sn-2/1/2A/3 stretch of Kondhawa Bk. The office is right near VIIT College, so there are always students walking around and a lot of energy in the neighborhood. Since we are in a residential society, it feels more like a home than a stiff business office. We use the space at D-502 to keep our records and meet with people who are interested in the local real estate market. Usually, we have the balcony door open for some air while we go through the latest listings. Nigraha Realties Private Limited is a small operation, and we like it that way. Most of our day is spent on the phone or sitting at the dining table which we have converted into a workspace. It is a bit of a walk up if the lift is acting up, but usually, it is fine. We know the security guards and the neighbors, so it is a very friendly atmosphere. We handle a lot of properties around the college area because it is so convenient. It is a simple life here, just tracking prices and helping people find a place to stay or invest. We don't have any flashy signs, just a small nameplate. It is a practical way to run a business without all the unnecessary overhead of a big commercial plaza.
