Shiv Multiskills Company

Shiv Multiskills Company is tucked away in Chakan Phase-3, specifically over at Nighoje in the Khed area. We are on Plot No. Pap G-26. If you know the MIDC area, you know it’s a lot of industrial units and trucks moving around constantly. It gets quite dusty, especially in the summer months when the wind picks up. Our place isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it’s where all the work happens. We have a small group of people who know their way around the machinery and the paperwork. It’s a busy environment most days. We don't really do the whole formal office thing. Most of us are usually out on the floor or handling things as they come up. The commute out to Nighoje can be a bit long for some of the staff, but we’ve made it work for years now. We have a small tea stall just down the road where we usually catch up during breaks. It’s a practical life here in the industrial belt. We focus on the jobs we get and try to do them without making a big fuss or using fancy words. The building itself has seen a lot of activity, and we’ve added bits and pieces to it as we needed more space over the years. It’s not perfect, but it works for us and the type of work we do every day. We just keep going and try to keep things organized despite the chaos of a busy shop.
