Niyantaa Technologies

We are over in Nigdi, at Swapnapurti Phase 1. Our office is in Sector No. 26, specifically at number 207/3 C. It’s a decent area, not too far from the main highway but quiet enough to actually get some work done. We do technology work, mostly software and providing technical support to other companies. The office isn't very big or fancy. We have a few rows of desks and some old chairs that squeak. We’ve been here since this phase was first built years ago. Most of us live in and around Pune, so the commute isn't too bad if you can avoid the peak traffic hours on the bike. We don’t have any fancy perks like those big IT companies in the parks. We have a simple water cooler and a small kettle for making tea in the afternoon. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, and we all have to sit around and wait for it to come back. We take turns bringing in snacks for everyone. The building has a lot of other small businesses too, so you see the same familiar faces in the hallway every day. It’s a simple setup for us. We get our projects, we sit down, and we write the code. Sometimes we stay late when a big deadline is close, but we try to head home to our families on time. It’s just a regular job for us.
