Nidhimitra All India Developmentfederation is located over in Kothrud, Pune. We are in Flat B-101 at Mathwad Prangan, which is on Shivtirth Nagar. It is a quiet enough spot, though Pune is getting crowded these days. We have been working from this space for a bit, dealing with all the different things that come with a development federation. The office is really just a flat in the building on S No 114/2. We have a few people who come in daily to handle the files and meet whoever drops by. It is not a huge operation, but we stay busy enough with the day-to-day tasks. Most of us live around the area or take the bus in. Kothrud has changed a lot, but we have stayed put in this building. Sometimes we have meetings in the front room, and other times it is just someone at a computer trying to catch up on emails. It isn't anything fancy, just a functional space where we get our work done. People from the federation come from different places, but this is where the main stuff happens. We keep the kettle going for tea and try to make sure everything stays organized. It's a lot of paperwork, to be honest. But that is the job. We are just a small group of people working out of a residential area in Pune, trying to keep things moving forward for everyone involved.
