New Vama International

New Vama International is located at 26/27 Phursungi Sahakar Nagar. Phursungi is a bit on the outskirts of Pune, and it’s been growing a lot lately. We have a decent-sized space here where we manage our international trade and local distribution. It’s not a very glamorous setup; it’s mostly just a warehouse with a small office partitioned off in the front. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking emails regarding shipments. The area can get quite dusty because of all the new construction nearby, so we’re always cleaning off the desks. We have a small staff, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering calls to helping load a van if the driver is running late. We don't have any corporate training or big manuals. We just learned the business by doing it every day. The commute out here can be a bit of a slog with the traffic, but once we’re here, it’s just about getting through the paperwork and making sure the inventory counts are right. We don't really use a lot of fancy terminology or marketing. We just tell our customers what we have and when it can get to them. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the daily routine of moving goods.
