New Goodwill Creations

You can find New Goodwill Creations inside Gold Field Plaza. We are at Shop No. 6, which is right on Bund Garden Road. If you know where Wadia College is, we are exactly opposite to that. It’s a very loud area because of the students and the traffic constantly moving towards the station. The shop is small but we fit a lot of stuff inside. We’ve got paper samples and design books all over the place. It’s a bit messy, to be honest, but we know where everything is. The plaza itself is an older building so the stairs are a bit narrow. I spend most of my day sitting behind the counter. My assistant handles the printer in the back. We get a lot of students coming in because of the college across the street. They always seem to be in a rush. Bund Garden Road has changed a lot since we first opened here. There are more cafes now and fewer old shops. We just keep doing what we do. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the front door during the monsoon, so we have to keep the floor wiped. It’s a busy life here but it keeps us going. Most days we don’t even have time for a proper break until the evening. We just drink a lot of tea and keep working on whatever project is on the screen that day. It is just the way it goes here in the plaza.
