New Consolidated Construction Co.Ltd.,Mumbai

We are set up at Flat No.20B in the Rajgad Appt, over at S/N-20/21. It is a simple apartment that serves as our main base for New Consolidated Construction Co.Ltd.,Mumbai. We handle a lot of the planning and paperwork from here. It gets a bit crowded when the site supervisors come in for the weekly meeting. There are blueprints spread out over the dining table and samples of tile and stone stacked against the walls. We aren't a big corporation with shiny glass windows. We are just a group of people who know how to put buildings together. Most of our days are spent on the phone or out at the site checking the progress of the foundation. Living and working in this part of the city means we know all the shortcuts and the local suppliers. We don't use any fancy talk or marketing tricks. If a job needs doing, we just figure out the best way to get it done with the materials we have. Sometimes the power goes out or the water is short, but we just keep moving. It's practical work for practical people. We’ve been in this building for a while now and everyone knows we are the construction folks. We don't have a fancy website or a big sales team. We just do the work, collect our pay, and move on to the next one. We believe in getting the job done without making a big fuss.
