Our place is in Flat No. 401 at Suman Gharakul, Sr.No8/3/2/10 in Ambegaon Bkll. Being up on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of Pune 46, though we spend most of our time down at the actual build sites anyway. New Consolidated Construction Co.Ltd. Mumbai is the name on the door, but we are very much local to this area. It's a bit of a squeeze inside with all the files and site equipment we store here. We don't have a big flashy lobby or a bunch of assistants. Usually, it's just a couple of us trying to coordinate where the sand and gravel need to go next. The traffic in Ambegaon can be a real headache, so we try to get the trucks moving before the rush starts. We handle the gritty side of building things. It’s not always pretty work, but someone has to do it. We talk to the laborers, check the levels, and make sure the supplies show up on time. Our English isn't perfect and our boots are usually dusty, but the structures we put up stay standing. Most people find us through word of mouth around Pune. We don't put out ads or anything like that. We just focus on the project at hand until it is finished. It’s a straightforward way of doing business and it works for us and the people we work for. We keep our tools ready and our plans simple.
