New Consolidated Construction Co. Ltd is based out of Hyderabad. We have got some good history here with the engineering side of things. Most of us have backgrounds in civil engineering, like the DCE and BE degrees we earned. It's a bit on the technical side, but we try to keep the actual daily work as straightforward as we can. Hyderabad is a very busy place for construction right now. We are right in the middle of all that growth. The office is more of a place to store our tools and maps than a fancy showroom. We don't go for the polished or professional look at all. It is more about the grease and the grit of a real job site. The weather gets really hot in this part of the country, so we try to get most of the heavy lifting done very early in the day. We have worked on a few different things across the state of Andhra Pradesh. It’s not always easy to keep everything moving at the right pace. Sometimes the materials just don't show up on time. We just deal with those problems as they come to us. It's a small operation, really. We talk to the laborers and the clients in the same simple way. There is no need for any complicated language or marketing. We just want to make sure the building stands up. That is the main goal. It’s a lot of long hours and plenty of sweat.
