We are located over in Ramali, specifically in the Lokhande Complex in the Shirur Taluka of Pune district. Being out here away from the main Pune city means we have a bit more space but also a lot more travel to different sites. The office is in a commercial complex, so there is always a bit of noise from the other shops and businesses nearby. We are a construction firm, and our rooms are usually filled with rolled-up drawings and site boots. It is not the cleanest office you will ever see, but it is where all the real planning happens. We have a small team that handles the paperwork and the payroll for the workers out in the field. Usually, there is someone brewing tea in the back or complaining about the traffic on the highway. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from people seeing our signs at the building sites. It is a straightforward business. We deal with the local authorities, manage the labor, and try to keep everything on track despite the usual delays with weather or supplies. It is a lot of juggling different tasks at once. We are just regular people working hard in the heat of the day to make sure these buildings get finished. It is a good honest living for all of us here and we do our jobs.
