Neotech, Pune

We are located over on Midc road in Pimpri, specifically at Srno36/5 in Morwadi. Being in an industrial area like this in Pune means things move pretty fast every single day. We’re mostly focused on the technical side of things here at Neotech, so there is always something being tinkered with. It’s a lot of hours spent in the workshop or dealing with various bits of machinery and replacement parts that people bring in. The noise from the road and the nearby shops is just part of the background noise we live with now. We aren't a huge corporation with a shiny lobby or a guy in a suit at the front door. Our place is more about workbenches, sets of tools, and a lot of grease and metal shavings. Sometimes it gets pretty cluttered when we have five different projects going at once, but we generally know where every tool is located. We don't have a team of people to answer the phones or handle the marketing, so if you call, you’re usually talking to one of the guys actually doing the manual work. It’s honest, local work that keeps the neighborhood running. We see a lot of the same faces coming in from the surrounding businesses in Pimpri. We just try to fix what’s broken or put together whatever custom piece is needed. It’s not always pretty, and the floors are rarely clean, but the work is solid and people know that.
