We've been at the Atul complex in Pune for a while now. It’s a busy spot, mostly engineers and folks staring at screens all day. Our office is up on the seventh floor, A5-704. It isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done and drink too much tea during breaks. Some of the desks have piles of papers that nobody wants to touch, but we know where everything is. The traffic around 411041 can be a bit of a mess in the evenings, so most of us stay a bit late just to avoid the rush. We started out small and just kept going. There’s no big secret to it, we just show up and handle whatever projects come through the door. Some days are quieter than others. When the monsoon hits, you can see the rain clouds rolling over the city from our windows, which is nice if you aren't stuck in it. We have a few plants that someone remembers to water occasionally. It’s a decent place to work. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or making things look perfect for visitors. The focus is usually on the technical stuff anyway. People here mostly keep to themselves but we'll help each other out when a deadline is getting close. That’s just how it goes at Neilsoft. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing the work that comes our way each morning. It works for us.
