We are based at the "Kundan" Bungalow, which is the residence of M. H. Kowale. You can find us in the Gultekadi area of Pune, right near the Marketyard and close to Crescent Highschool. It’s a more residential setting than a typical glass-walled office building. Working out of a bungalow gives our days a bit of a different pace. It’s a bit quieter than the main roads. We have our office space set up inside, where the team at Neilsoft Ltd., Pune handles all the technical requirements. Being near the Marketyard means there’s always activity nearby, but once you get into the lane where the bungalow is, it calms down. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s a comfortable place to work without the stress of a high-rise building. We don't have a big corporate sign, just the bungalow name "Kundan" out front. Inside, it’s all about the computers and the projects we are finishing up. Sometimes we take a walk near the school during our lunch breaks to stretch our legs. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We aren't interested in being flashy. We just want a good space to get our work done correctly. The layout of the house makes for some interesting office arrangements, but we’ve made it our own over the years. We enjoy working from here every single day.
