Neil Communications

Neil Communications is tucked away in Viman Nagar, which is a pretty busy part of Pune. Being in the city means things move a lot faster than they do in the villages. We deal with all kinds of communication stuff, mostly mobile phones, SIM cards, and internet connections. The shop is often crowded with people who are in a hurry to get their screens fixed or their data plans topped up. We try to keep up with the pace, but sometimes there is a line out the door. Viman Nagar has a lot of students and office workers, so we hear all kinds of stories throughout the day. We aren't a big fancy showroom; it’s more of a practical spot where you can get your tech issues sorted out without too much fuss. We spend our time opening up phone casings and looking at tiny circuits or talking to service providers on the phone to fix someone’s connection. It gets loud with the traffic outside, but we’re used to it by now. We don't put on airs or pretend to be some big corporate entity. We are just a local team in Pune trying to make sure people can stay in touch with their friends and family. Some days are stressful when a lot of things break at once, but we just take it one customer at a time. It’s a good spot to be in, and we’ve made a lot of friends since we started.
