Neha Construction

Neha Construction is based in Pune. Our office is in the Model Colony area, which is a nice part of town. We are in Harekrishna Appts, at number 15 on HKM Path. It is a quiet residential street, so it is a good place to work. We have been in this apartment for a long time. It is not a corporate office. It is a place where we keep our blueprints and our site records. We have site supervisors and contractors coming in all the time to discuss projects. They usually bring a bit of the site dust with them. Our desks are covered in drawings and pens. We don't have any fancy glass walls or modern art. It is just a working space. We spend our days coordinating between the sites and the office. It can be quite stressful when deadlines are close. We drink a lot of coffee and tea to stay focused. Pune has grown so much, but Model Colony still has its old charm. We like being here. We don't have any promotional materials or big promises. We just show people what we have built. It is a simple way of doing business. We are just local people who know about construction. We work hard, we deal with the problems as they come, and we keep going.
