Neexa Nidhi Limited

We are based out of A/P Karanje in the Baramati area of Pune. Our office is at Nilesh Dilip Gaikwad’s place. It’s a local setup for Neexa Nidhi Limited. Being in a place like Karanje means we see a lot of the same faces every week. We aren't located in the middle of Pune city, which is fine by us. It’s quieter out here. We have a simple desk and some filing cabinets for all the paperwork. Most days are spent talking to farmers and small shop owners who want to save a little. We don't use big words or try to sell people things they don't need. We just offer a place for them to keep their money. The office is small and sometimes gets a bit crowded when a few people show up at once. We just ask them to wait a minute while we finish up. It’s a relaxed atmosphere. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Just regular clothes for a regular day of work. Baramati has its own pace, and we match it. We make sure the numbers add up at the end of every day. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve been doing it long enough that it feels natural. We are just a small part of the community here, helping out where we can. There isn't much more to it than that. We just keep the doors open and do the work. It’s a living.
