We are located at Plot No 151 in Sector 24, over in the Nigdi area of Pune. The office is right by Kachghar Chowk in Pcnt Pradhikaran. If you are looking for us, we are quite near the Gandhi Nursing Home, which most people in the neighborhood know well. Neeta Kulkarni And Associates is a small setup where we handle architectural and design work. We have been in Nigdi for a long time now and we’ve seen the whole area grow up around us. It is a bit quieter here than in the center of the city, which we actually prefer for doing our drawings and planning. We spend our days dealing with a lot of technical stuff that might seem boring to others, like permits and structural details. Our desks are usually covered in pens, scales, and half-empty cups of tea. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that. We just rely on the work we do to show people what we are about. It’s a practical environment here. We talk to clients, listen to what they need, and then try to make it work within the space they have. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get it right, but we aren't in a rush to do a bad job. We just keep things moving at a steady pace and make sure every project gets the attention it needs.
