Neelotpal Exim Private Limited operates out of Flat 18 B near Gadital in the Hadapsar area of Pune. Our address is on the Sholapur Road, which is always packed with vehicles and people. We’re in a building at S NO. 3/12/A/1. Working in export and import means we have to deal with a lot of boring details and tons of paperwork. Our office is small and simple, not like those big glass buildings you see in the IT parks. We have a few desks and some chairs, and that’s about it. Most of the time, we’re just trying to keep track of where everything is and making sure the documents are right. Hadapsar is a busy industrial hub, so it makes sense for us to be here. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We’re just a small group of people who know how the exim business works. Some days are stressful when shipments are delayed, but we just deal with it as it comes. We know the local shops around Gadital well, and we usually get our lunch from one of the small places nearby. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don’t care about looking corporate; we just want to get the job done so we can go home to our families. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how a real office looks when people are actually working.
