You can find our office over on Sinhgad Road in Pune, right inside the Surya Ganga Society. We work out of Flat No B3/9, which gives the whole operation a very local and grounded feel. It is a typical residential area, so it is usually pretty peaceful, except for the usual city sounds coming from the main road. We chose this spot because it is easier to focus here than in a noisy commercial district. Our group handles various projects and we spend most of our time at our desks or on the phone. We don't have a big lobby or a staff in uniforms. It is just a few of us working together in a regular apartment space. Sometimes the living room gets a bit cluttered with files and blueprints, but that is just how it goes when you are busy. Sinhgad Road can be a nightmare for traffic in the evenings, so we are glad we don't have to commute too far. Most of our neighbors are used to us being here by now. We try to keep things simple and avoid all the complicated corporate structures you see in big companies. We just show up, do what needs to be done for the day, and then head home. It is a practical setup that works for us and our clients. We have been in Pune for a long time and we like the way things are going.
