Our place is called Home Fashion Architecture And Interior Design, and we are located in Pune near the Nager Road. It is a busy part of the city, and the traffic outside is almost constant. The office isn't very large, but we have enough space for our drafting tables and all the samples we keep. We do a mix of architecture and interior work, so there are always blueprints and site photos lying around. We spend a lot of time driving out to different sites around Pune to see how the construction is going. It is not always easy work because of the heat and the dust on the sites. We don't dress up much for the office. Usually, it’s just comfortable clothes that can handle a bit of dirt if we have to climb a ladder. The Nager Road area is growing fast, so we see a lot of new projects popping up all the time. We try to stay focused on our own plans and making sure the measurements are right. It is a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to drawing up house plans. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on the work we do to show people what we are capable of. It is just a regular office life in a busy city like Pune.
