Our office for Ncl Alltek & Seccolor Ltd. is actually located in a residential area of Pune. Ajit Gajendragadkar is the one who looks after things here. We are in Rahul Park, at Flat No 19, Plot B. It is on Paud Road, which most people in Pune know quite well. Working out of a flat is a bit different than a big office building, but it works for us. It feels a lot more personal. The pin code is 411038. Ajit has his desk set up, and there is enough room for the paperwork and files we need to keep track of. It is a quiet spot, which is good when you have a lot to focus on. We don't have a big corporate team here, just a few people getting things done. Paud Road can get pretty busy, but once you are inside Rahul Park, it is much calmer. We have our daily routine of checking mail and making calls. Sometimes we have to move boxes around to make space, as it's not the largest area. It’s a very grounded way to work. No one is wearing fancy suits or anything. We just dress for the weather and get on with it. It’s an honest way to run things. Most days are just about finishing the pile of work on the desk. There is always something that needs attention, so we just keep going through our daily list.
