Ncc(Cd) Limited.

Our office for Ncc(Cd) Limited is actually in a housing society. We are at A/2, Flat No-19 in the Kailash Housing Society. It’s located in Shastri Nagar, which is part of the Kothrud area in Pune. Being in a residential building means it is usually pretty quiet, except when the school bus comes by. We converted the flat so we could have a place to work without the high rent of a big commercial tower. It feels more like a home than a business sometimes. We have some filing cabinets in the spare room and our main desks are in the living area. Pune is a great city, and Kothrud has everything we need nearby. We walk to the local canteen for lunch most days. The neighbors are used to us being here now. We don't have a big shiny sign outside, just a small nameplate near the door. Our daily routine is mostly handling the administrative side of things and keeping our records straight. We have a lot of folders and a very old printer that jams occasionally. It’s a small operation but we keep things moving. We don't bother with fancy meetings or corporate talk. We just sit down, do the work that needs doing, and try to be out by six. It’s a practical way to run a company and it suits our style just fine.
